The Programme guides the Learners through a range of modules. These include:
- Music Appreciation
- Music Technology
- 1st & 2nd Instrument tuition
Qualifications are offered from QQI Level 4, Trinity College London & ABRSM.
A wide range of facilities & equipment are available to the Learners including:
- Recording Studio
- Rehearsal rooms
- Drum booths
- Sound & Lighting System.
Learners are supported in the theoretical & practical elements with performances arranged and performed in ensemble and group situations. Progression to higher level courses is encouraged and supported
The aim is to help the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill, and competence to work independently and under supervision in the music industry and or to progress to further/higher education.
Applicants should have an interest in the music industry. The programme will instruct the learners in music theory and in music performance.
On completion of this programme learners will have the skills, knowledge, and competency to work independently and under supervision in the Music Industry and/or to progress to further or higher education and training.
